Underwear (men's, women's panties, underwear sets) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality:

In the event of an incorrect order set or a manufacturing defect / defect, or a violation of the integrity of the packaging, the Buyer informs the Seller by e-mail of the personal manager, specifying the order number, or by phone.

The return of goods of inadequate quality is accompanied by an Act of non-conformity and a return invoice.

The seller, within the time period established by the contract, replaces a low-quality product if there is a product of the same name in the required amount, or returns money in proportion to the cost paid for a product of inadequate quality.

Refunds are made by transferring the appropriate amount to the Buyer's bank account.

In everything that is not regulated by the provisions of the Supply Agreement, the parties are guided by the norms of the current legislation.

We draw your attention to the fact that the goods with defects / incorrect configuration must be returned to us with the original labels, in the original packaging and unused.
